LAKE OKEECHOBEE SCENIC TRAIL (LOST) PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES

Leware’s role was to provide pedestrian bridges at three locations in conjunction with the L.O.S.T. project around Lake Okeechobee. Steel truss bridges were utilized over Miami Canal (200’) and Hillsboro Canal (200’ & 160’). The third crossing consisted of widening US-27 over Industrial Canal (120’).
