Accidents can be prevented through a sincere interest and pro-active role in safety by those involved in the tasks at hand.  Our safety program is founded upon management's strong commitment to the welfare of Leware's family of employees.  Leware’s workforce undergoes rigorous training in order to provide a safe work environment and have the ability to identify potential safety hazards.  Additionally, our staff is educated in the most current local, state and federal safety laws and regulations. Employees are provided with the necessary and required safety equipment to perform their assigned tasks in a safe and productive manner. Weekly “tool box” meetings are conducted to remind workers of specific safety issues relative to work assignments.  Compliance with our safety program is mandatory for all individuals entering a Leware construction site or facility.  “Safety Is Everyone’s Responsibility”!
